Have you ever wondered how books are entered into the Los Angeles Public Library system? Join us for a special lecture and Q&A with Jené Brown, Associate Director (Principal Librarian) of Engagement & Outreach at the Los Angeles Public Library.
This session will focus on the process of getting poetry books, self-published titles, and independent press publications into public libraries. Brown will share practical guidance, submission pathways, industry knowledge, and resources for poets, authors, indie presses, and literary organizations interested in expanding access to their work through the LA Public Library system.
